Pendant pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une semaine, de ce vendredi soir jusqu&rsquo;au mercredi suivant, ils sont rest\u00e9s plac\u00e9s sous la surveillance des autorit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises, qui assumaient en parall\u00e8le les frais d&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement \u2014 r\u00e9partis entre deux h\u00f4tels de Saint-Denis et les locaux de la Police aux Fronti\u00e8res.<\/p><p>Le jeudi 20 d\u00e9cembre a marqu\u00e9 un tournant : le relais a \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9 au monde associatif, qui prend d\u00e9sormais en charge le volet financier de l&rsquo;accueil. La premi\u00e8re nuit hors du dispositif \u00e9tatique, les migrants l&rsquo;ont donc v\u00e9cue hier soir, une semaine exactement apr\u00e8s leur arriv\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;\u00eele.<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Tamoule de La R\u00e9union, mobilis\u00e9e d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res heures, qui a r\u00e9gl\u00e9 cette premi\u00e8re nuit\u00e9e \u2014 intervenant ainsi au lendemain de la d\u00e9cision de justice autorisant les Sri-Lankais \u00e0 circuler librement sur le territoire r\u00e9unionnais.<\/p><p>Le temps presse toutefois : depuis mercredi soir, 22h15, ils disposent de huit jours pour d\u00e9poser officiellement leur demande d&rsquo;asile. Cette d\u00e9marche est essentielle, car c&rsquo;est elle qui conditionne leur maintien sur le sol fran\u00e7ais dans l&rsquo;attente du verdict de l&rsquo;OFPRA. L&rsquo;Office fran\u00e7ais de protection des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et apatrides examinera chaque dossier individuellement pour d\u00e9terminer si le statut de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 peut leur \u00eatre accord\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5bec162 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5bec162\"
